As a Service Desk Voice Support Associate at Infosys BPM, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Providing first-level technical support via voice, chat, and email
✅ Troubleshooting issues related to VPN connectivity, Microsoft Office 365, driver installations, Active Directory, networking, and operating systems
✅ Managing incidents using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M
✅ Ensuring timely resolution of problems and maintaining high customer satisfaction
✅ Documenting interactions and technical issues accurately
✅ Staying updated with new technologies and participating in training sessions

✅ Must-Have Skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and basic networking
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Ability to handle customer issues with empathy and ownership
