Eligibility Criteria
- PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream
- Freshers and candidates with prior BPO / Non-Voice experience are eligible
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Description
Selected candidates will be responsible for handling International Non-Voice Chat Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers through chat support
- Identify customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Update systems with customer information and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and maintain data accuracy
