Eligibility Criteria

PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream
Freshers and candidates with prior BPO / Non-Voice experience are eligible
Excellent English communication skills required
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description

Selected candidates will be responsible for handling International Non-Voice Chat Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers through chat support
Identify customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
Update systems with customer information and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and maintain data accuracy
