Job Description

HCLTech is conducting a walk-in drive for the International Voice Process role. Freshers who are passionate about communication and customer service can apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Handle international voice calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process operations
Maintain accurate call logs and follow process compliance

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Qualification:

B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, BCA (2024 & 2025 pass outs only)
Any graduates with good communication skills can apply
No active backlogs

✅ Experience: Freshers are eligible

✅ Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Willingness to work in US night shifts
