Job Description
HCLTech is conducting a walk-in drive for the International Voice Process role. Freshers who are passionate about communication and customer service can apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international voice calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process operations
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow process compliance
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Qualification:
- B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, BCA (2024 & 2025 pass outs only)
- Any graduates with good communication skills can apply
- No active backlogs
✅ Experience: Freshers are eligible
✅ Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
