Salary Details
- Freshers: 2.25 LPA
- Kannada Support: Up to 3.8 LPA
- Malayalam Support: Up to 3.8 LPA
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (candidates with arrears are not eligible)
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi / English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Should have good grammar, pronunciation and sentence construction
- Must be ready to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide clear and effective communication
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality standards and follow process guidelines
