Salary:
- Freshers Take-Home: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000
- Additional incentives based on performance
Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Work Location: Multiple locations in Chennai including Porur, Ramapuram, Valasaravakkam, T Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Kodambakkam, Iyyappanthangal, Gerugambakkam, Kundrathur, Mangadu, Vanagaram, Saidapet, and nearby areas
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
CIBIL Score: Minimum 700 (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and guide walk-in customers regarding EMI schemes and eligibility
- Generate leads and convert them into loan applications
- Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and conversions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and documentation standards
- Collect and verify customer documents including ID proof, income proof, and invoices
- Maintain strong customer relationships and effective communication
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th pass or any graduate
- Freshers with strong sales interest can apply
- Experience in NBFC, consumer finance, banking, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working towards monthly targets
