💼 Available Openings

🔹 L1 Technical Support – Voice Process

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound technical support calls
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues
• Provide first call resolution
• Guide customers with installation and usage
• Outbound follow-ups when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction

🔹 Inbound Sales Representative – Voice Process

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and chats
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell products
• Follow company compliance and policies

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in International Technical or Sales Voice Process
• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Good English communication skills
• Customer handling experience
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
