Job Description – AR Caller (International Voice)
AGS Health is hiring graduate freshers for the role of AR Caller. The position involves communicating with US insurance companies to resolve outstanding medical claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and are comfortable working in US night shifts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Address outstanding accounts receivable through analysis and phone calls
- Follow up with insurance companies using available tools and systems
- Identify resolutions such as payments, corrections, appeals, or adjustments
- Report trends in denials, claim errors, and billing issues to managers
- Meet defined SLAs for productivity and quality
- Update call outcomes accurately in billing systems
- Follow process policies and stay updated on changes
- Improve performance based on feedback and audits
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate Freshers only
- BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA
- B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths)
- Passed Out Years: 2020 – 2025
- Not Eligible:
- Diploma holders
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech candidates
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
