🎯 Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to resolve, maintain, and manage client software, hardware, and network systems based on service requests raised by end users, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and maintaining high client satisfaction.


💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Ticket & SLA Management

  • Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by clients
  • Maintain 100% adherence to SLA timelines
  • Track tickets from acceptance to resolution

🔹 Technical Support & Infrastructure Management

  • Install and configure software/hardware as per service requests
  • Provide application and user access support
