Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Apprentice in the Operations Support team, you will be the backbone of customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Amber’s global student housing services and policies.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and forward vital information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ticket Management: Ensure all customer queries (tickets) are resolved within assigned timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify features and benefits to suggest improvements for the platform.
  • SLA Maintenance: Maintain Service Level Agreements to ensure smooth department functioning.

Eligibility & Skills Required

Amber is looking for proactive “problem solvers” with the following skill set:

  • Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills (Crucial for global coordination).
  • Time Management: Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Soft Skills: Active listening and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
