Eligibility Criteria

HCL is looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service.

• Education: Any Arts, Science, or Commerce Graduate (UG/PG).
• Eligible Batches: 2025 and 2026 passouts.
• Backlogs: Candidates with active backlogs are eligible to apply.
• Ineligible Degrees: B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc (CS/IT) / MCA are not eligible for this specific role.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in UK Shifts and rotational night shifts.
• Willingness to handle inbound and outbound banking queries.
