As a Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for retail users, resolving complex queries around spending, saving, investing, and international currency exchange.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Support: Deliver an exceptional customer experience via in-app live chat, phone, and email.
  • Issue Resolution: Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, guiding users through financial features while ensuring their accounts remain secure.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international product and technical teams to escalate bugs and improve user experience.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Revolut’s tone of voice and values in every digital interaction online.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Degree: A completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Candidates must be able to provide at least a provisional graduation certificate).
  • Experience: Minimum 18+ months of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Language: Near-native fluency in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core Competencies:

  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with great numeracy, IT skills, and an independent approach to troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: High level of empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Flexibility: Highly self-motivated team player comfortable with shifting schedules.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Fluency in additional foreign languages.
  • Prior customer service experience specifically in the Telecom or Retail BPO sectors.
