Job Overview

Omega Healthcare is conducting a walk-in drive for freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) for their International Voice Process team. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts are invited to apply.

Job Details

Position: International Voice Process – AR Calling (US Healthcare)
Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers Eligible)
Salary: ₹18,000 Take-Home + Quarterly Incentives 💰
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
Cab Facility: Pickup & Drop Provided 🚗

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional communication and customer support over the phone.
• Work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education: Any Graduate (All Streams)
✅ Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
✅ Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
