As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Promoting and upselling products or services.
- Ensuring a high-quality customer experience with timely responses.
- Meeting support and sales targets.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate (No Backlogs; Passed out in 2020 or later)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Telecom billing experience preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent written communication (English proficiency mandatory)
- Strong persuasion & sales aptitude
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools
🕐 Work Conditions
- Shift: Night Shift (2-way cab and shift allowance provided)
- Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
