As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Promoting and upselling products or services.
• Ensuring a high-quality customer experience with timely responses.
• Meeting support and sales targets.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate (No Backlogs; Passed out in 2020 or later)
• Experience: 0–3 years (Telecom billing experience preferred)
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent written communication (English proficiency mandatory)
  • Strong persuasion & sales aptitude
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools

🕐 Work Conditions

• Shift: Night Shift (2-way cab and shift allowance provided)
• Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
