Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Maintain clear communication with proper grammar and pronunciation
  • Meet service quality and productivity standards
  • Work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
  • Maintain typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
