Eligibility Criteria
TCTS is looking for technically sound individuals who can represent the brand to international clients.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Instrumentation, or related fields).
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in the Telecom/ISP domain.
Skills: * Strong understanding of Telecom Standards & Protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will be the bridge between technical delivery and customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery: Managing end-to-end service delivery for international customers.
Supplier Coordination: Working with OLO (Other Licensed Operators) and suppliers to ensure timely installations.
SLA Management: Ensuring all functions are performed within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Order Management: Handling escalation management and keeping customers informed (KCI) throughout the process.
