- Handle inbound/outbound calls

- Analyze and update accurate data
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks
Eligibility Criteria
✔ 10th & 12th must be from English medium
✔ Any UG graduate can apply
✔ Postgraduates are also allowed
✔ Candidates with arrears can attend
✔ Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year BPO experience (Domestic or International)
