Key Responsibilities
As a part of the EMT support team, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers. Your daily tasks include:
- Voice & Digital Support: Resolving customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Flight Support: Managing international and domestic travel processes, including bookings and cancellations.
- Problem Resolution: Probing to understand customer issues and providing “First Contact Resolution.”
- Customer Education: Greet customers professionally and educate them on travel policies and solutions.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and updating customer files.
