- Call US insurance payers to resolve denied or non-denied medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve payment issues through PMS (Practice Management System).
- Escalate unresolved trends or claim issues to team leaders or supervisors.
- Update SOP trackers, issue logs, and participate in knowledge training.
- Identify claims that can be handled without calling and assign them to analysts.
