💰 Stipend & Compensation Package
Wipro offers a structured stipend plan that increases annually, along with a significant joining bonus.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the WILP FY’26 drive, candidates must meet the following academic and personal requirements:
1. Educational Background
- 10th & 12th Standard: Must have passed. (Open school/Distance allowed).
- Graduation: BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics).
- Minimum Marks: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above.
- Core Subject: You must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation. (Note: Business/Applied Maths are not eligible).
2. Academic Gaps & Backlogs
- Max Gap: 3 years allowed between 10th and the start of graduation.
- No Gaps in Graduation: Must complete the degree within 3 years.
- Backlogs: One active backlog is allowed at the time of assessment, but it must be cleared by the 6th semester.
3. General Requirements
- Age: 18 years or above at the time of registration.
- Nationality: Indian Citizens (or PIO/OCI cardholders). Nepal and Bhutan nationals must submit citizenship certificates.
- Cool-off Period: 3 months from your last Wipro selection process appearance.
📝 Selection Process
The recruitment process is designed to test your aptitude and communication skills through three primary rounds:
- Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability (20 questions – 20 mins)
- Analytical Ability (20 questions – 20 mins)
- Quantitative Aptitude (20 questions – 20 mins)
- Written Ability Test (20 mins)
- Round 2: Voice Assessment (20 Minutes)
- Focuses on English communication skills.
- Round 3: Business Discussion
- Technical and behavioral evaluation with Wipro leadership.
Note: Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and must complete a Pre-skilling training and assessment before receiving the final offer letter.
🤝 Service Agreement
Upon joining as a Scholar Trainee, there is a 60-month service agreement. If a candidate chooses to leave before this period, a pro-rata payment of ₹75,000 is applicable.
